提 要 目的:观察自拟中药调脂方治疗高脂血症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将符 合中医辨证标准的 60 例本病患者随机分成两组，治疗组 30 例服用自拟调脂方 治疗，每日一剂，水煎 400ml，分早晚两次服用，对照组口服舒降之(辛伐他汀 片)，每次 1 片，每天一次。以 8 周为观察疗程,记录患者治疗前后中医证候积 分指标及实验室指标变化情况,并进行比较。结果: 1.两组治疗前后中医证候积 分比较：两组治疗后的中医证候积分均明显低于治疗前, 治疗后治疗组的中医 证候积分明显低于对照组，统计学比较有显著性差异(P0.01)；2.两组治疗前 后临床疗效比较：两组患者治疗后总有效率分别为 86.67%(治疗组)、83.33%(对 照组),统计学比较无显著性差异(P0.05), 说明两组疗效相当。3.两组患者治疗 前后血脂改善比较：两组患者治疗后 TC、TG、LDL-C,均较治疗前有降低,HDL-C 较治疗前有所升高,同组治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P0.05), 治疗后治疗组 在降血浆粘度､全血粘度方面较对照组有显著疗效,两组对比有显著性差异 (P0.05),而两组治疗前后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL) 比较,无显著性差异(p＞0.05)。结论:通过临床观察,自拟调脂方可以缓解和改善 中医临床症状,调节脂质代谢紊乱。初步证明本法治疗高脂血症是安全、有效的。 关键词 高脂血症；气血瘀滞；疏肝健脾活血法 Clinical Study on Treating Hyperlipidemia with the Method of Liver-discharging, Spleen-nourishing and Blood Circulation Speciality：Iternal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author ：Guo Jialin Tutor：prof.Zhang Xuezi Abstract Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-designed Chinese medicinal formulae in treating hyperlipidemia and its safety.Methods:Sixty patients of Phlegm-Damp Syndrome in Hyperlipidemia were divided into therapeutic group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) randomly.
