提 要 目的：以疏肝养心为治法对糖尿病伴轻度抑郁症进行临床干预和疗效观察。 方法：将临床诊断为糖尿病伴轻度抑郁症并同时符合中医肝郁心虚证的患者60 例，按其就诊顺序随机分为两组。在原有的糖尿病相关治疗不变的情况下，两组均给 予相同的心理干预，同时治疗组给予中药解郁降糖煎治疗，对照组给予安慰剂治疗， 以1月为一疗程。治疗1 疗程后，观察两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血 红蛋白及中医证候积分、Zung氏抑郁自评量表评分、糖尿病生活质量特异性量表积 分的变化。采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行数据分析，评价疏肝养心法的临床疗效。 结果： （1）中药干预组在降低空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2小时血糖（2hPG）及糖化血红 蛋白（HbA1c）方面均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 （2 ）中药干预组在降低抑郁评分、改善中医症状、体征及患者生活质量方面均 优于安慰剂组（P＜0.05）。 （3 ）安全性检测：治疗期间心电图无明显变化，各项生化指标无明显改变，未 见不良反应发生。 结论：疏肝养心法治疗糖尿病伴轻度抑郁症的疗效肯定，值得推广应用。 关键词 糖尿病伴轻度抑郁症；疏肝养心法；临床观察 The clinical observation of Shugan Yangxin Method in the treatment of Diabetes mellitus with mild depression Speciality: Internal Medicine of TCM Author: Zhang Xin Tutor: Professor Sun Fenglei Abstract Objective：Clinical treatment for Diabetes mellitus with mild depression with the way of Shugan Yangxin and Curative effect evaluation for it. Methods: 60 patients diagnosed Diabetes mellitus with mild depression were randomly classified into two groups by registration order. In keeping their previous treatment associated with diabetes mellitus unchanged circumstances, we give them same psychotherapy. The treatment group were treated with Jieyu Jiangtang decoction, and the matched group were treated with placebo. Course of treatment is one month. After a course of treatment, we compared fasting blood glucose，2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between two groups ，meanwhile ，the points of Traditional Chinese Medician （TCM ）Symptom Accumulated, depression and Diabetic Specific Health-related Quality of Life are also compared. We use SPSS17.0 to analyze data and there is evaluation on clinical effect of Shugan Yangxin
