精品论文 参考文献 无创通气联合法舒地尔治疗老年肺心病伴呼吸衰竭患者的价值 芦万杰 　　（四川省雅安市第四人民医院 四川 雅安 625000） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨无创通气联合法舒地尔治疗老年肺心病伴呼吸衰竭的临床价值。方法：将我院老年内科收治的老年肺心病伴呼吸衰竭患者42例作为研究对象，按照治疗方式划分为2组，对照组（n=21）行无创通气治疗，观察组（n=21）基于对照组加用法舒地尔，对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为85.7%，对照组为61.9%，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：无创通气联合法舒地尔用于治疗老年肺心病伴呼吸衰竭患者临床价值明显，可有效改善心肺功能，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 无创通气；法舒地尔；肺心病；呼吸衰竭 　　【中图分类号】R563 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）08-0050-02 　　Noninvasive ventilation combined with fasudil treatment of senile pulmonary heart disease with respiratory failure in patients with value Lu Wanjie. Methods The elderly admitted to the Department of senile cor pulmonale with respiratory failure patients 42 cases as the research object, and divided according to the treatment for two groups, control group (n = 21) for noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of observed group (n = 21) based on the control group and usage fasudil compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.7%, the control group was 61.9%, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion Non invasive ventilation combined with method of fasudil for treatment of senile pulmonary heart disease with respiratory failure of patients with obvious value, can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function, is worthy to be popularized. 　　【Key words】Noninvasive ventilation; Fasudil; Pulmonary heart disease; Respiratory failure 　　肺心病即肺源性心脏病，属于危重型心肺疾病，当前治疗主要为基于利尿剂、强心剂以及吸氧支持等措施的综合疗法，疗效欠佳。呼吸衰竭为老年肺心病的主要并发症之一，其主要特点为发病率与死亡率高，故而临床需制定新型治疗方案以有效治疗老年肺心病伴呼吸衰竭。经研究后发现，慢性肺心病发病机制中血管损伤为主要环节[1]，而法舒地尔属于临床新型药物，主要用于治疗肺动脉压力过高，拮抗诱发血管损伤的病理生理过。本文为探讨无创通气联合法舒地尔用于老年肺心病伴呼吸衰竭的临床效果，现将我院老年内科2014年8月～2015年8月收治的老年肺心病伴呼吸衰竭患者42例作为研究对象
