精品论文 参考文献 无砷失活剂和As2O3用于牙髓失活术的临床效果观察 沈红焕 （青海省红十字医院口腔科 青海西宁 810000） 【摘要】目的 比较无砷失活剂与As2O3用于牙髓失活术的效果及封药后的疼痛反应。方法 选择127例急性或慢性牙髓炎患者随机分成2组，分别用多聚甲醛和As2O3失活剂进行失活，观察并比较两者的临床使用效果。结果 封多聚甲醛失活剂组失活有效率为91.42%优于As2O3失活剂组(有效率为72.13%)，且多聚甲醛组封药后疼痛反应和对牙周组织的损伤低于As2O3失活剂组。结论 使用多聚甲醛失活剂失活效果好，能有效减轻患者痛苦，减少根管预备操作时间，是一种既安全又有效的制剂。 【关键词】多聚甲醛失活剂 As2O3失活剂 牙髓失活 【中图分类号】R782 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2012）23-0395-02 Clinical obervation of the Devitalizing Effects on Devitalizing Past without Arsenic Compare with As2O3 Devitaling Paste Shen Honghuan Department of stomatology, The Red Cross hospital of Qinghai Province Xining 810000 【Abstract】Objective To evaluation the devitalizing effects and seal the pain after drug reaction by Devitalizing Past without Arsenic and As2O3 Devitaling Paste.Methods A total of 131 permanent tooth were diagnosed as acute pulpitis or chronic pulpitis randomied block designed into two groups.The experimental group were devitalized by paraformaldehyde inactivation agent.The control group were devitalized by As2O3 Devitaling Paste. To observe and compare the clinical effect of two group. Results The rate of devitalizing effect of experimental group was 91.42%, more than that of the control groupprime;s 72.13% , there was significan difference in two groups (P＜0.05),and Paraformaldehyde group sealing after the pain response and injuries to the periodontal tissues below As2O3 inactivation agent group. Conclusions The use of paraformaldehyde inactivation agent inactivation effect is good, can effectively reduce the suffering of patients,reduce the root canal operatipon time.
