精品论文 参考文献 无锡市乙型肝炎预防知识知晓度的调查分析 无锡市崇安寺街道社区卫生服务中心 江苏无锡 214000 　　摘要：目的 对乙型肝炎疫苗接种及咨询者进行乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染预防知识知晓度调查，制定预防HBV感染的健康教育措施。方法 采用整群随机抽样方法，选取无锡市2个社区居委会为调查点，对20岁以上成人居民进行入户问卷调查。结果 　　居民对乙肝是传染病、接种疫苗可预防乙肝的知晓率较高（80%），而对乙肝传播途径中性接触传播和空气传播的知晓率较低（lt;50%）。有乙肝家庭史的人群对HBV有更好的预防意识，在3744例被调查者中没有乙肝家庭史占85.84%，对乙肝知识得分平均分值为3.82；有乙肝家庭史占14.16%，对乙肝知识得分平均分值为4.88。结论 对人群加强HBV相关知识的宣传教育，增强预防的自主性，减少对HBV感染者的不正确认识，在自愿的基础上提倡高??人群接种乙型肝炎疫苗。 　　关键词：乙型肝炎病毒；乙型肝炎疫苗；疫苗接种；调查分析 　　Wuxi degree of knowledge about hepatitis B prevention Investigation 　　Rui Feifei 　　(1.WuXiShiChonganshijiedaoshequweishengfuwuzhongxin) 　　Abstract: The purpose of the hepatitis B vaccination and the consultant for hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection prevention degree of knowledge about the investigation, the development of preventive measures for HBV infection in health education.
