精品论文 参考文献 早期急性胆囊炎和慢性胆囊炎应用腹腔镜手术治疗的效果比较 涂静平 　　湖南省汉寿县人民医院 415900 　　摘要：目的 讨论早期急性胆囊炎和慢性胆囊炎应用腹腔镜手术治疗的效果比较。方法 抽取2012年6月～2014年6月在我院就诊的60例早期急性胆囊炎和慢性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各30例；对照组患者给予传统开腹治疗，观察组患者给予腹腔镜手术治疗；对两组患者治疗效果进行观察比较。结果 根据对比显示：两组患者在手术情况比较方面观察组患者手术时间和术中出血量都明显小于对照组患者，差异显著；两组患者术后恢复情况比较方面发现观察组患者在住院时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间和术后下床活动时间方面都明显比对照组要短，对比差异显著，Plt;0.05为对比有统计学意义。结论 早期急性胆囊炎和慢性胆囊炎应用腹腔镜手术治疗效果极为显著，具备创伤小，愈合情况良好等众多优点，能够帮助患者在短时间内实现有效康复；因此，值得在临床中推广及使用。 　　关键词：早期急性胆囊炎；慢性胆囊炎；腹腔镜；治疗效果 　　【Abstract】Purpose：Discuss the early acute cholecystitis and chronic cholecystitis laparoscopic surgery treatment effect comparison.Methods：Extraction in June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital the 60 cases of early acute cholecystitis and chronic cholecystitis patients as the research object，according to random number table method divided into observation group and control group，30 cases；Treatment and control group with traditional laparotomy group patients for laparoscopic surgery；To compare two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results：Indicated in the contrast，two groups of patients in surgical situation is observation group of patients with operation time and intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than the control group patients，significant difference；Two groups of patients with postoperative recovery is found that the observation group of patients in hospitalization time，gastrointestinal function recovery time and postoperative ambulation time were significantly shorter than the control group，significant difference，P lt; 0.05 as compared with statistical significance. conclusion：Early acute cholecystitis and extremely significant effect of chronic cholecystitis laparoscopic surgery treatment，small trauma，healing situation good many advantages，such as to help patients in a short period of time to achieve effective rehabilitation；Therefore，it is worth in clinical promotion and use. 　　【Key word】The Early Acute Cholecystitis；Chronic Cholecystitis；Laparoscopic； 　　Treatment Effect
