精品论文 参考文献 替米沙坦晨服对比晚服对高血压患者诊疗有效性综合评价 葛晓平 　　（浙江省天台县白鹤中心卫生院 浙江天台 317201） 　　【摘要】目的 探讨晨服和晚服替米沙坦对高血压患者诊疗的临床效果。方法 将我院2010年1月至2013年1月期间收治的共168例高血压患者分成晨服和夜服组，各为79例患者，治疗后观察SBP/DBP、dSBP/DBP和nSBP/DBP等指标，并进行对比分析。结果 两组患者经过治疗后，部分患者由非杓型高血压改变为杓型高血压。而晨服组为19例，占24.1%；夜服组为51例，占64.6%，两组治疗后，检验结果具有显著差异(Plt;0.01)。同时两组患者在SBP和DBP上进行对比分析，并无显著差异(Pgt;0.05)，而在治疗前后两组患者具有显著差异(Plt;0.01)。结论 替米沙坦药物能够帮助患者显著降低高血压，达到保护人体器官等方面的作用，可帮助患者改善夜晚血压起伏，减少非杓型血压患者的例数，值得大力推广。 　　【关键词】替米沙坦 晨服 晚服 高血压 　　【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）06-0217-02 　　 　　The comprehensive evaluation of treatment in patients with hypertension by taking telmisartan with late service compared with morning service 　　【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the comprehensive evaluation of treatment in patients with hypertension by taking telmisartan with late service compared with morning service. Methods: 168 patients were lived in our hospital to receive treatment between January 2010 and January 2013. All patients were divided into two groups with 79 patients respectively. After treatment, the SBP/DBP、dSBP/DBP and nSBP/DBP of morning and evening group were comparatively analyzed. Results: After treatment, some patients from non-dipper hypertensive had turned into the dipper hypertension. The morning service group was 19 cases, accounting for 24.1%; night service group was 51 cases, accounting for 64.6%. The two groups were tested with significant difference (Plt;0.01). Meanwhile, two groups of patients in SBP and DBP were analyzed with no significant difference (Pgt;0.05) while the two groups of patients before and after treatment was tested with a significant difference (Plt;0.01).Conclusion: Telmisartan drugs can help patients significantly reduce high blood pressure and protect human organs. It also can help patients improve blood pressure fluctuations at night so that reduce the number of cases of non-dipper hypertensive patients, so it is worth promoting. 　　【Keywords】
