精品论文 参考文献 浅析负压闭式引流对骨创伤的临床应用效果 漠河县兴安镇中心卫生院 165304 　　摘要：目的 研究分析负压闭式引流对骨创伤的临床应用效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选取我院2011年12月～2012年12月收治的50例骨创伤的患者。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。并随机分成对照组和观察组，每组25例。其中所有的患者都会经过创口的清理和固定的处理，然后对照组25例患者采用常规的局部换药方法，观察组的患者则使用负压闭式引流的方法，对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行观察。结果对照组治愈12例，有效10例，无效3例，总有效率为88%，其中25例患者中有4例经过了二次创口的清洗，而观察组25例患者中，治愈22例，有效3例，无效0例，总有效率为100%，而且没有患者进行二次创面的清洗。两组的总有效率相比，观察组明显高于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。同时，观察组患者的骨折愈合时间平均为（6.2plusmn;2.6）min，远远短于对照组的（9.1plusmn;3.8）min，且两组患者的平均骨折愈合时间的差异也具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 骨创伤的患者在手术创口的清理工作完成之后，对患者采用负压闭式引流的方法能够提高临床治疗的效果，缩短骨折愈合的时间，值得进行临床推广。 　　关键词：负压闭式引流；骨创伤；临床效果 　　Abstract：Objective To study the effect of negative pressure closed drainage on the clinical application of bone trauma.Methods the study was conducted in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2012，50 cases of patients with bone trauma.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.And randomly divided into control group and observation group，each group of 25 cases.All of the patients will undergo the wound cleaning and fixed，and then control the local conventional treatment method using the group of 25 patients，the observation group was treated with the vacuum method of closed drainage，the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were observed.The control group 12 cases were cured，10 cases effective，3 cases ineffective，the total effective rate was 88%，of which 25 cases in 4 patients after two wound cleaning，and 25 patients in the observation group，22 cases were cured，3 cases effective，0 cases ineffective，the total efficiency of 100%，and there were two wound cleaning.The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.At the same time，the observation group of patients with the average fracture healing time was（6.2 + 2.6）min，which is much shorter than the control group（9.1 + 3.8）min，and the average fracture healing time of the two groups were statistically significant diffe
