精品论文 参考文献 浅谈妇科计划生育术患者的舒适护理 张小红 　　南京市江宁区第二人民医院 江苏南京 211103 　　摘要：目的：对妇科门诊计划生育手术病人实行舒适护理，使病人的情绪得到稳定，并对于医院以及护理人员产生足够的信任，从而提高手术的成功率。 　　方法：将我院2014年1月到2015年1月手术收治的240例女性行计划生育手术患者，平均分为对照组和观察组各120例；观察组病人行舒适护理，为病人提供身心及环境方面全方位的护理，对照组按一般常规护理。比较两组在出现焦虑、恐惧情绪变化上数值的不同；比较两组对于护理的满意度。 　　结果：对于妇科门诊计划生育手术病人焦虑、忧郁状态的比较，观察组病人术后不良情绪变化明显低于对照组；在满意度上，观察组明显高于对照组。 　　结论：对妇科门诊计划生育手术病人实行持续有效的舒适护理，能使其情绪稳定，对于医院以及护理人员产生足够的信任，从而提高手术的成功率。 　　Abstract:Purpose: For the family planning operation patient in the outpatient services department of gynaecology,the comfortable nursing will make them calm and have enough trust on the hospital and the nursing staff,so as to enhance the success rate of surgery. 　　Methods: Dividing the 240 cases of female family planning surgery patients into two groups in January 2014 to 2015 in our hospital , Each group of 120 cases Separately named as comparable group and observational group;Providing the observational group patients comfortable nursing,with physical, mental and environmental enjoyable nursing in all domains ,yet comparable group were treated by routine nursing. The differences of anxiety and fear in the two groups were compared, and the satisfaction of the two groups was compared. 　　Results: The comparison status of anxiety,fear and gloomy of the family planning surgery patients in the outpatient services department of gynaecology ,observational group patients with postoperative adverse changes in mood was significantly lower than that of the comparable group;in satisfaction, the observational group was significantly higher than that of the comparable group. 　　Conclusion: In the outpatient services department of gynaecology ,Comfortable nursing of sustained and effective implementation of family planning surgery patients, can make them emotional stability,so they will have enough trust on hospital and nursing staff, therefore enhance the success rate of surgery. 　　关键词：妇科；计划生育；手术；舒适护理 　　前言： 　　舒适护理在妇科计划生育手术中是一项完整、复杂且需要耐心的工作；也是间接导致手术成功与否的关键；主要的任务是将病人在术前、术中和术
