精品论文 参考文献 疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在复发疝治疗中的体会 杨文凯 曹龙 (四川省大竹县人民医院外三科 635100） 【中图分类号】R656.2 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2011）45-0087-02 【摘要】 目的 探讨疝环填式无张力疝修补术在复发疝中的应用价值。方法 对65例腹股沟复发疝修补术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。65例腹股沟复发性疝中，男性63例，女性2例，年龄21-82岁，平均56.3岁。传统手术59例，无张力疝修补术6例，手术次数1-4次，其中4次3例、3次15例，2次16例 ,术后复发时间6月-10年，平均56月，65例均采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术。结果 本组65例患者全部治愈，7-9d出院，术后出现急性尿潴留7例，阴囊积液4例，疼痛2例，术后2月网塞感染1例。全部患者随访3月-6年，无复发。结论 疝环填式无力疝修补术应作为腹股沟复发性疝的首选手术方式 【关健词】 疝 腹股沟 复发 无张力疝修补术 Evaluation of tension-free hernia repair（mesh plug ＆patch）to recurrent inguinal hernia YANG Wen-Kai, CAO Long. the 3 Department of Surgery in the Peoplersquo;s Hospital of Da zhu Si chuan , Da zhu 635100,China corresponding anthor: YANG Wen-Kai, Email:dazhuyangwenkai@163.com 【Abstract】 objective To discuss the value of tension-free hernia repair（mesh plug ＆patch）in recurrent inguinal hernia.Methods 65 patents with recurrent inguinal hernia underwent reoperation, clinical data collected included: there were 63 males and 2 females; the primary surgery had been traditional herniorrhaphy without prothesis in 59 cases and 6 case of tension-free hernia repair; number of operations 1 to 4 times, (including 3 cases of Four operations, 15 cases of Three operations, 16 cases of Two operations). the interval from the initial surgery to recurrence was 6 months to 10 years, average 56 months;65 cases with recurrent inguinal hernia were treated tension-free hernia repair（mesh plug ＆patch）.Results all cases were operatied successfully. The average postoperative stay was 7 to 9 days, the postoperative complications were 7 case of urinary retentions, 4 cases of scrotal hydrocele and 2 cases of postoperative pain. 1 case of Mesh plug infection after operation 2 months. The follow-up period ranged from 3 months to 6 years and no recurrence was observed. Conclusion Tension-free hernia repair（mesh plug ＆patch）is the first therapy choice of patients suffering recurrent inguinal hernia. 【keywords】 hernia inguinal recurrence tension-free hern
