The future trend is also analyzed and predictedfurther the correlative policies and suggestions how to convert the style of exploitation are presented. The China’s phosphorus resource is decreasing rapidly and far-seeing resource is not optimistic. In the past 50 years of phosphate fertilizer industry with the first cause for mine exploitation and second cause for phosphorus chemical industry，the third cause for refined phosphorus chemical industry will confirmedly start up，against the double pressures of superfluous output and tariff limitation. The future phosphate and phosphorus chemical industry will be lead with the refined，centralized，circular and advanced characteristics.
