精品论文 参考文献 社区健康教育和临床路径护理干预对社区骨质疏松患者康复的影响分析 谭立红 　　上海市长宁区新泾镇社区卫生服务中心 上海 200000 　　【摘要】目的：探讨社区健康教育和临床路径护理干预对社区骨质疏松患者康复的影响。方法：随机抽取2012年4月至2014年5月期间的120例骨质疏松患者作为研究对象，对所有患者进行社区健康教育和临床路径护理干预，对所有患者的血生化检测指标、生活质量及摔跤骨折发生率进行分析。结果：实施护理措施后，骨质疏松患者的肌酐、血清钙、血清碱性磷酸酶指标、生活质量评分及摔跤骨折发生率均明显优于护理前，数据对比差异显著（Plt;0.05）。结论：给予社区骨质疏松患者社区健康教育和临床路径护理干预，可有效改善患者的疾病情况，提高生活质量，降低摔跤骨折发生率，值得在临床上进一步推广及运用。 　　【关键词】社区健康教育；临床路径护理干预；骨质疏松；康复 　　Influence of community health nursing education and clinical pathways rehabilitation community intervention on patients with osteoporosis analysis 　　Tan lihong 　　Changning District Jing Town Community Health Center,Shanghai 200000 　　【Abstract】Objective: To explore the effect of community health education and clinical pathways rehabilitation community nursing intervention on patients with osteoporosis.Methods:120 cases of osteoporosis were randomly selected patients from April 2012 to May 2014 period of the study, all patients in community health education and clinical pathways nursing intervention for all patients blood biochemistry index, quality of life and wrestling fracture incidence analysis. Results: After the implementation of nursing interventions in patients with osteoporosis creatinine, serum calcium, serum alkaline phosphatase indicators and quality of life scores were significantly better than wrestling fracture before treatment, comparison of the data significantly different (P lt;0.05).
