精品论文 参考文献 社区高血压危险因素调查分析 1.湖北省黄石市第五医院 湖北黄石 435005； 2.黄石市中心医院普爱院区中医科 湖北黄石 435000 【摘 要】目的：探讨高血压相关危险因素与高危人群，为高血压的防治提供理论依据。方法：对永安里社区15岁以上2028人进行现况调查，采用问卷调查、物理检查的方法，进行高血压相关危险因素的调查统计，采用非条件Logistic回归模型分析高血压相关危险因素。结果：社区人群总的高血压患病率为12.2%，男性患病率高于女性，总患病率有上升趋势，与经济发展、生活节奏加快、膳食结构不合理、体重上升、体育锻炼减少有关；高血压患病率有随着年龄增长而增加的趋势，以45岁以上增长明显；高血压与遗传密切相关，高血压病的一级亲属应列为重点的高危人群，定期测量血压，尽量采取相应的预防措施。不服药、偶服药为血压控制不佳的危险因素，常服药和规律服药为保护因素。 【关键词】高血压；调查分析；危险因素 【中图分类号】R544.1 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1764-8999（2015）7-0692-02 Analysis of the investigation on risk factors of Hypertension in a community Mao Jiansong. The No.5 Hospital of Huangshi City, Huangshi, Hubei 435000, China 【】Abstract】Objective：Discussing risk factors and high-risk group of the Hypertension and providing theory basis for controlling the Hypertension. Methods：Conducting a survey of 2028 people above 15 years old among the Yongan Community through questionnaire and physical examination, Analyze risk factor of the Hypertension by the method of non-conditional Logistic regression model.Results：The total prevalence of the Hypertension of the community is 12.2% and the prevalence rate of male was higher than female. The total prevalence rate has a rising trend which results by the development of economy, the quickening pace of life, the unreasonable diet, and weight gaining and reducing of physical exercise. The prevalence of the hypertension increased with age which is especially obvious above 45 years old. The Hypertension is closely related to genetics and the first-degree relatives should be the highest-risk group.Regular blood pressure measurement and corresponding preventive measures should be taken.
