精品论文 参考文献 穴位按摩干预剖宫产硬膜外麻醉后寒战的效果研究 刘佳1、黄海龙2、李琳2、陈静2、曾雯2、郝义2、邸铁涛3（1.贵阳中医学院第二附属医院护理部 550001；2.贵阳中医学院第二附属医院手术室 550001；3.贵阳中医学院护理学院研究生 550001） 　　［摘要］目的： 剖宫产硬膜外麻醉后寒战为常见并发症，为了解除寒战，减少随之而来的影响，采用穴位按摩干预剖宫产患者术中寒战，并进行临床对比观察。方法：选择我院2014年6月至2014年12月剖宫产手术患者60例，随机分为观察组 30例及对照组30例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上，采用穴位按摩进行护理干预，并将相应时段测得的体温平均值、临床并发症的发生率进行对比分析。结果：观察组比对照组术后寒战发生率降低16.67%，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：穴位按摩能有效干预剖宫产硬膜外麻醉后寒战，并减少术中并发症的发生，值得在临床中推广应用。 　　［关键词］穴位按摩；硬膜外麻醉后；寒战；效果 　　The effect research of acupoint massage on intervention of shivering during cesarean section under epidural anesthesia/Liu Jia1, Huang Hailong2, Li Lin2, Chen Jing2, Zeng Wen2, Hao Yi2, Di Tietao3 　　(1.Nursing Department of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang Traditional Chinese Medicine College 550001; 2.Operation Room of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang Traditional Chinese Medicine College 550001; 3. Graduate Student of Nursing College of Guiyang Traditional Chinese Medicine College 550001) 　　[Abstract]Objective:Shivering is the common postoperative complication during cesarean section under epidural anesthesia,in order to avoid shivering and decrease attendant influence,to compare and observe the effect of acupoint massage on intervention of shivering during cesarean section .Method:60 patients received cesarean section in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2014 were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group,control group received routine nursing,while observation group added acupoint massage intervention based on control group,compared and analyzed two groupsrsquo; mean value of body temperature and the incidence of clinical complications.Result:The incidence rate of shivering in observation group was 16.67% lower than control group,the difference between two groups had statistical significance(Plt;0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage has good effect on intervention of shivering during cesarean section under epidural anesthesia,and it can reduce the appearance
