精品论文 参考文献 简析介入手术室的护理安全隐患及对策 常德市第一中医医院介入室 湖南常德 415000 【摘 要】目的：讨论介入手术室的护理安全隐患及对策。方法：选2014年1月至2016年5月，102例介入治疗的患者为研究对象，将2014年1月至2015年3月设定为对照组，将2015年4月至2016年5月设定为观察组，观察对照组患者的不良事件，然后根据不良事件进行分析，总结其原因，并制定相应的措施，随后观察观察组在实施措施后不良事件的发生情况。结果：出现不良事件的例数为19例，发生率为37.25%，其中坠床的发生率较高，其次为用药差错、无效造影等，导致出现不良事件的原因为护理人员缺乏相应的专业知识，以及医嘱不规范和缺乏对患者的相应指导等，实施相应的措施后，观察组出现不良事件的发生率为6例，发生率为11.76%，明显低于对照组的37.25%。结论：积极的采取相应的措施可以有效的降低不良事件的发生率，为患者提供一个比较全面、优质的护理服务，保障患者的安全，提高患者对护理工作的满意度，具有非常重要的临床意义。 【关键词】介入手术室；护理安全隐患；对策 Abstract：to discuss the security hidden troubles and countermeasures into operating room nursing.Methods：from January 2014 May 2016，the intervention treatment of 102 cases of patients for the study，between January 2014 and March 2015 is set to the control group，set April 2015 to May 2016 to the observation group，adverse events observed in the control group，and adverse events were analyzed，summarized its reasons，and to develop appropriate measures，then observe the occurrence of adverse events after the group in the implementation of measures.Results：appeared bad event of cases number for 19 cases，occurred rate for 37.25%，which pendant bed of occurred rate high，second for medication errors，and invalid contrast，，led to appeared bad event of reasons for nursing personnel lack corresponding of expertise，and orders not specification and lack on patients of corresponding guide，，implementation corresponding of measures Hou，observation group appeared bad event of occurred rate for 6 cases，occurred rate for 11.76%，obviously below control group of 37.25%.Conclusion：actively take corresponding measures can be effective in reducing the incidence of adverse events，to provide a more comprehensive，quality care，patient safety，improve patients satisfaction degree of nursing work，has a very important significance.
