摘 要 本论文的工作分为两大部分。第一部分的工作是cepacinA的全合成研究。 CepacinaA是一种含联烯一双炔一环氧结构的新型抗生素，对其进行全合成是基于其 独特的结构和生理活性。以D一阿拉伯糖为手性源，合成了目标分子的联烯一环氧一 内醋部分，但是在尝试用Sonogashira偶联连结双炔片断的时候没有成功。调整路线， 得到含联烯一双炔一内醋片断后的高级中间体，在尝试形成环氧的时候又失败了，得 到的是含累积三炔一单烯结构的化合物。在用Sonogashira偶联连结手性联烯、炔形成 联烯一炔时，我们发现联烯的轴手性会消旋，于是我们就对如何得到手性的联烯一炔 结构进行了探索。 第二部分的工作包括 (+)-pyloricidins的全合成研究及路易斯酸催化的环氧氢化 开环反应。(一卜Pyloricidins具有很好的药用前景，为了以后能开展其结构和药效的关 系方面的研究，我们对其对映体及异构体的合成作了一些尝试。我们以D一半乳搪为手 性源，合成了epi-氨基的(+)-pyloricidins高级中间体。在开展主要工作的同时，我们还 进行了一些其他小课题的研究，其中路易斯酸促进末端环氧化合物的区域选择性氢化 开环氧方面的工作已有较明确的结果，所以在第二章第二节里一并作了简要汇报。 关键词:cepacinA,pyloricidins，全合成，手性源，偶联，手性联稀一双炔一环氧 氢化 Abstract Chao-JunTang(OrganicChemistry) Directed饰:ProfYikangWu ThisPhDdissertationdealswiththetotalsynthesisofnatureproductscepacinAand (+)-pyloricidins.CepacinA isanovelantibiotic,whichcontainsauniquechiral allene-diyne-epoxidestructermoiety.Inchapterone,studiesdirectedtowardsthetotal synthesisofcepacinAusingD-arabinoseasthechiralpoolarereported.Achiral allene-epoxide-lactonewassynthesized,butalltheeffortsmadeincouplingthissegement withthediynemoietyundertheSonogashiraconditionsfailed.Anotherroutewasthen attempted.Alongthesecondroutethealleneandthediynemoietiesweresuccessfully connectedtoeachotherbytheSonogashiracoupling.However,constructionoftheepoxide functionalityusingthemethodologiesthatworkedwellinthefirstrouteledtoan unexpectedcompoundcontainingatriyne-enestructure.Intotalsynthesisjourney,itwas discoveredthatthechiralallenelostitschiralityundertheSonogashiraconditions.Efforts toeliminatethisproblemarepresented.
