精品论文 参考文献 经皮激光椎间盘减压术（PLDD）联合骶管注射治疗椎间盘突出症的机制和临床疗效分析 郭宗彩1 李娜2 宋洪波1 栾术静1 郭联荣1 （1山东省高密市开发区医院骨科 261500;2山东省高密市人民医院中药房 261500） 【中图分类号】R681.5+3【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2011）39-0233-03 【摘要】目的 探讨经皮激光椎间盘减压术（PLDD）联合骶管注射治疗椎间盘突出症的机制和临床疗效。方法 2008年12月至2010年10月采用PLDD联合骶管注射治疗椎间盘突出病人76例。单椎间盘突出40例，ge;2个椎间盘突出36例。L3/4节段突出20个，L4/5节段55例，L5S1节段22例，共97个椎间盘。术后定期随访。结果 术前JOA评分平均为(15plusmn;4)，术后三个月随访JOA评分为（24plusmn;2），有显著性差异（P＞0.05）。76例病人中59例为优，14例为良，3例为可，优良率为96.1%。术前VAS评分平均为（2.4plusmn;5），术后三个月VAS评分为（1.9plusmn;1.1）有显著性差异（P＞0.05）。结论 PLDD联合骶管注射治疗椎间盘突出症临床疗效满意，可做为一种优化的微创手术推广。 【关键词】经皮激光椎间盘减压术 骶管注射 微创 腰椎间盘突出 【Abstract】 Objective To study of the clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniaion with percuttaneous laser disk decompression(PLDD) and Sacral injection Methods the 76 patients with lumbar intervertebral disk herniaion underwent of the operation of percutaneous laser disk decompression(PLDD)and Sacral injection from Dec2008 - Oct2010.40 cases had one disc hernia ion, 36 cases had two and more than two disc herniaion,20 cases had L3/4 disc hernia ion, 55 cases had L4/5 disc hernia ion, 22 cases had L5S1 disc hernia ion, totally 97 discs.All the patients were following up。Result 　The score of JOA　Was(15plusmn;4) preparation, three months after the operation, JOA was (24plusmn;2), the difference was significant (p﹥0.05).The clinical result in 76 patients of 59 were excellent, 14 were good,3 were excellent , and good rate was 96.1％.The score of VAS average was (2.4plusmn;5) preparation, three months after the operation VAS average was (1.9plusmn;1.1), the difference was significant (p﹥0.05)。Conclusions The clinical result of percuttaneous laser disk decompression (PLDD) and Sacral injection to treat lumbar intervertebral disc hernia ion is satisfactory, this technique could be widely applied as optimized minimally invasive surgery. 【Key words】percuttaneous laser disk decompression(PLDD) minimally invasive Sacral injection lumbar intervertebraldisc herniai
