To better understand the need of the digital learning of the physically disabled, we developed the digital characteristic assessment scale, digital need assessment scale, mouse assessment system and keyboard assessment system. In order to know the performance and practicability of the scales and software, we apply these tools to evaluate and train the clients with muscular dystrophy or cerebral palsy. To fulfill the need of training the clients and providing suitable assistant facilities, the integrated input equipment and the adapted web platform are developed. The result validates the feasibility of both software and hardware developed by our implementation. A further overall evaluation and clients training program will be undertaken in line with available funds..
