精品论文 参考文献 综合护理干预在预防动静脉内瘘失功中的效果观察 （江苏南通大学附属医院 江苏南通 226001） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨综合护理干预在预防血透患者动静脉内瘘失功中的临床应用效果。方法：选取从2014年1月到2015年12月我院收治的行动静脉内瘘血液透析患者共180例作为研究对象，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各纳入患者90例，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予针对性的综合护理干预，比较两组患者动静脉内瘘失功的发生率及护理满意度。结果：①观察组患者内瘘失功发生率为2.2%，显著低于对照组患者的14.4%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；②观察组患者的护理总满意度为98.9%，显著高于对照组患者的83.8%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：综合性护理干预能够显著降低动静脉内瘘失功的发生率，提高患者护理满意度，临床应用效果显著，值得推广。 　　【关键词】护理干预；动静脉内瘘；失功；效果观察 　　【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）16-0169-02 　　【Abstract】Objective To study the comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention of hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula in the clinical application of result in the loss. Selection Methods From January 2014 to December 2015, our hospital action venous fistula in hemodialysis patients as the research object, a total of 180 cases patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group included 90 cases of patients, patients with the control group given conventional nursing, the observation group patients give corresponding comprehensive nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with arteriovenous fistula in the incidence of loss and nursing satisfaction. Results (1) in the observation group of patients with fistula loss rate was 2.2%, significantly lower than the control group 14.4% of the patients, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05);(2)the observation group of patients with nursing total satisfaction was 98.9%, significantly higher than the control group 83.8% of the patients, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of arteriovenous fistula in loss, improve patient care satisfaction,clinical application effect is remarkable, is worth promoting. 　　【Key words】Nursing intervention; Arteriovenous internal fistula.
