精品论文 参考文献 老年人股骨颈骨折行人工髋关节置换术的健康教育体会 武警四川总队医院外四科 乐山 614000 摘要：目的：探讨对进行人工髋关节置换术后的老年人股骨颈骨折患者的健康教育及其体会。方法：选取50例我院收治行人工髋关节置换术的老年人股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，收治时间为2014年5月至2015年8月，按照随机原则将患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者术后给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上对患者及家属进行健康教育。观察两组患者术后并发症发生的情况，以及患者健康教育的知晓率。结果：在健康教育知晓率方面，观察组患者在疾病知识、术后指导、并发症防治知识以及康复训练方面的知晓率均较对照组更高，P值小于0.05；在并发症发生情况方面，观察组患者发生概率（4.00%）要明显低于对照组（24.00%），P值小于0.05。结论：健康教育能够帮助老年人股骨颈骨折患者养成良好的生活习惯，树立患者及家属的健康意识，预防并发症发生，提高人工髋关节置换术的治疗效果，值得广泛使用。 关键词：老年人股骨颈骨折；人工髋关节置换术；健康教育 【Abstract】Objective：To investigate health education and experience total hip replacement surgery in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods：50 cases of femoral neck fractures in the elderly in our hospital underwent hip arthroplasty as an object of study，admitted time is from May 2014 to August 2015，in accordance with the principles of the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group patients were given routine care group were observed for patients and their families on the basis of health education.Cases were observed in patients with postoperative complications，and patient awareness of health education.Results：In terms of health education awareness，knowledge of disease observed in patients，post-operative instructions，knowledge，and prevention of complications of rehabilitation training awareness higher than the control group，P value of less than 0.05；in terms of the incidence of complications，the probability of patients in the observation group（4.00%）was significantly lower than the control group（24.00%），P value less than 0.05.Conclusion：Health education can help the elderly femoral neck fracture patients to develop good habits，establish a healthy awareness of patients and their families，prevent complications，improve the treatment of hip replacement surgery，and should be widely. 【Key words】Elderly femoral neck fractures；Total hip arthroplasty；Health education 股骨颈骨折多发于老年人，其患病率随着年龄的增长日益增加，在治疗中主要面临股骨头缺血后坏死和骨折不愈合两个问题[1]。人工髋关节置换术是其中一种手术治疗方式，利
