The source of improving the core competitiveness is the construction of university culture. There is only one core and soul of the university culture , which is university spirit. University want to improve its core competitiveness, the basic point lies in the improvement of the university itself, explain and cultivate university spirit with a new concept, foster and enhance the core competitiveness of university with university culture and spirit, especially, school should pay attention to put their core values and university spirit as the focus of the university cultural construction and pay attention to refine the school-running idea to find out the accurate position for development and keep the innovation education idea. Also should attach great importance to the university image design and initiate behavior culture.
