精品论文 参考文献 肝硬化门脉高压综合征并结石性胆囊炎200例腹腔镜胆囊切除术 李祖权 习伟 谭云 贾仕蓉 　　（达州市通川区红十字医院 四川 达州 636000 　　【摘要】 目的：探究分析采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗肝硬化门脉高压综合征并结石性胆囊炎的临床治疗效果。方法：在2013年2月到2015年8月期间，随机选取我院接收的200例肝硬化门脉高压综合征并结石性胆囊炎，对这些患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的相关资料进行回顾分析。结果：本次治疗中有195例患者采用腹腔镜完成手术治疗，其余5例患者采用传统的开腹手术完成治疗，经过治疗后所有患者均获得了痊愈，术中也没有出现其他严重的并发症。结论：对于肝硬化门脉高压综合征并结石性胆囊炎采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术实施治疗，对患者的伤害较小，具有较高的安全性，在满足患者适应症和禁忌症的条件下值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】肝硬化门脉高压综合征；结石性胆囊炎；腹腔镜胆囊切除术 　　【中图分类号】R615 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）14-0050-02 　　 　　Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 200 cases of cirrhosis with portal hypertension syndrome complicated with gallstone 　　Li Zuquan, Xi Wei, Tan Yun, Jia Shirong. Red Cross Hospital of Tongchuan District, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province, Dazhou 636000, China 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore and analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension syndrome complicated with gallstone cholecystitis. Methods In February 2013 to 2015 during the month of August, randomly selected in our hospital received 200 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension comprehensive syndrome and calculous cholecystitis. Of these patients by laparoscopic gallbladder resection surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results 195 cases were treated with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of, other 5 cases of patients by traditional open surgery completed the treatment, after treatment all patients were healed, operation did not appear and other serious complications. Conclusion For the patients with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension syndrome and calculous cholecystitis by laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment, less harm to the patient, with high security, in order to meet the adjustment of patients with complications and contraindications of conditions it is worth popularizing. 　　【Key words】Liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension syndrome; Calculus cholecystitis; Laparoscopic cholecystectom
