精品论文 参考文献 股骨下端粉碎性骨折的临床治疗研究 黑龙江省海林林业局职工医院 黑龙江 海林市 157100 【摘 要】目的：本文的目的在于通过对本院一部分股骨下端粉碎性骨折患者的状况以及临床治疗效果进行研究分析，从而得出最利于临床治疗的方法，减轻患者的痛苦。方法：选择本院收治的80例股骨下端粉碎性骨折的患者，随机分为两组，每组40人。观察组患者采用多种固定物联合应用的治疗方法，对照组采用髁支撑钢板治疗方法。对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果：对两组患者的治疗都有一定的成效，但是效果有所不同。观察组患者中治疗效果有效36例，无效的4例，有效率为96%，对照组患者中治疗效果为有效的是28例，无效的是12例，有效率为70%。观察组患者治疗的有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。结论：通过两组患者的治疗效果对比中可以看出，在对股骨下端粉碎性骨折的临床治疗中，采用多种固定联合应用的治疗方法比髁支撑钢板治疗方法效果更显著，在临床上值得进行推广使用。 【关键词】股骨下端；粉碎性骨折；临床治疗 Clinical study of comminuted fracture of femur 【Abstract】Objective: The purpose of this article is to study the status of the patients with comminuted fractures of the lower part of the femur and the clinical therapeutic effect, so as to obtain the most beneficial methods of clinical treatment and relieve the pain of the patients. Methods: Eighty patients with comminuted fractures of femur were randomly divided into two groups, 40 in each group.
