摘要 研究区为国家级自然保护区，对其多样性的研究可以为更好地保护自然资源提供理论依据。本文以湖北后河
国家级自然保护区常绿落叶阔叶混交林为研究对象，通过典型样地调查，采取逐步扩大取样面积的办法确定了样地
和Pielou指数在各个海拔高度的变化较小，表现出较为～致的趋势，说明群落保持一种相对的稳定。
