精品论文 参考文献 腹横纹小切口手术治疗疝气临床分析 于辉昌 刘鹏 王丰艳 　　(第九人民医院普外科 山东 青岛 266002) 　　【摘要】目的：研究和分析腹横纹小切口手术治疗疝气的临床效果。方法：选择2014年3月至2015年3月我院收治的84例疝气患儿为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组采用腹横纹小切口手术治疗疝气，对照组采用传统常规手术治疗，对两组患儿手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症情况等进行比较分析。结果：采用腹横纹小切口手术的研究者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间均明显低于常规对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。并发症发发生明显低于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：采用腹横纹小切口手术治疗疝气，具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、住院时间短、术后病发率低等优势，值得进行临床推广。 　　【关键词】腹横纹小切口；疝气；临床 　　【中图分类号】R615 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）15-0016-02 　　Clinical analysis of Operation treatment hernia by Abdominal transverse striation small incision surgery 　　Yu Huichang, Liu Peng, Wang Fengyan.
