精品论文 参考文献 腹腔镜下胆囊切除联合胆总管切开取石术的围手术期护理及并发症影响分析 [摘 要]目的：探讨腹腔镜下胆囊切除联合胆总管切开取石的围手术期护理方法，并分析护理干预对并发症的影响。方法：选取我院收治的62例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者为研究对象，随机分成观察组和对照组两组，每组各31例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取围手术期强化护理，对比两组护理效果及并发症发生率。结果：观察组患者胃肠道功能恢复时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05），术后心率、血压、VAS（视觉模拟疼痛）评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05），术后并发症总发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05），两组对比差异有统计学意义。结论：腹腔镜下胆囊切除联合胆总管切开取石术的围手术期强化护理可促进患者术后恢复，降低术后应激，降低临床并发症发生率，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词]腹腔镜 胆囊切除 胆总管切开取石 围手术期护理 并发症 　　Analysis of the perioperative nursing and its influence on complications of laparoscope cholecystectomy combined with choledocholithotomy 　　Li Lan 　　Abstract：Objective: To evaluate the perioperative nursing methods of laparoscope cholecystectomy combined with choledocholithotomy,and to analyze the influence of nursing intervention on complications.Methods: 62 patients with cholecystolithiasis with choledocholithiasis in our hospital were collected as the subject investigated,all were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 31 cases in each group, the control group received perioperative routine nursing, the observation group received perioperative strengthening nursing, thenursing effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results: The sastrointestinal function recovery time, first ambulation time and the length of stay of patients inobservation group were shorter than the control group (Plt;0.05), the postoperative heart rate, blood pressure and VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) score were lower than the control group (Plt;0.05),the postoperative total complication rate was lower than the control group (Plt;0.05), there were significant differences between two groups. Conclusions:The application of strengthening nursing in perioperative period of laparoscope cholecystectomy combined with choledocholithotomy can promote postoperative recovery, reduce postoperative stress, reduce the incidence of clinical complications, it should be widely applied. 　　Keywords：Laparoscopy; Cholecystectomy; Choledocholithotomy; Periopera
