精品论文 参考文献 腹腔镜切除阑尾炎的临床效果分析 韩庆良 　　【摘 要】 目的 探究腹腔镜切除阑尾炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院我院2014年2月~2015年12月收治的324例阑尾炎患者作为研究对象。168例均行腹腔镜阑尾切除术，与156例常规阑尾切除术对比分析。结果 腹腔镜组168例患者中，共有163例患者顺利度过腹腔镜阑尾切除术，平均手术时间（46.53plusmn;4.17）min，平均住院天数（7.63plusmn;3.12）d。术后切口感染3例，占比1.2%；皮下气肿9例，占比5.4%。全体患者均未出现肠瘘、残端瘘及出血等严重并发症，总并发症发生率为6.5%。常规手术组156例患者均可顺利完成手术，平均手术时间（57.56 plusmn;9.58 ）min，平均住院天数（9.32plusmn;4.67 ）d。术后切口感染25例，占比16.02%；肠瘘2例，占比1.3%，粘连性肠梗阻6例，占3.8%。结论 较传统开腹阑尾切除术，腹腔镜阑尾切除术创伤小、出血少、术后并发症少、康复进程快，能很大程度上改善患者预后效果，具备于临床推广应用的意义与价值，可作为阑尾炎的首选治疗方案。 　　【关键词】 腹腔镜； 阑尾炎； 并发症 　　 　　Clinical effects analysis of laparoscopic appendectomy 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To research the clinical effect of laparoscopic appendectomy. Method 168 cases with appendicitis in our hospital from February to December in 2014 were selected as the research subjects, all of which were treated by laparoscopic appendectomy and compared with . conventional appendectomy. Result In this group of 168 patients, 163 patients passed the laparoscopic appendectomy successfully, the average operation time (46.53 + 4.17) min, the average hospitalized days (7.63 + 3.12) d. 3 cases with postoperative wound infection, it was total 1.2%; 9 cases of subcutaneous emphysema, it was total 5.4%. Serious complications of intestinal fistula, stump fistula and bleeding were not found in all patients, the total complication rate was 6.5%. Conventional surgery group, 156 cases of patients were successfully completed surgery, the average operation time (57.56 + 9.58) min, the average hospitalization days (9.32 + 4.67) d. Postoperative incision infection in 25 cases, accounted for 16.02%; Intestinal fistula in 2 cases, accounted for 1.3%, adhesion ileus 6 cases, accounting for3.8%.
