绪 论 本毕业设计书系根据此次成都大学城乡建设学院毕业设计任务书的要求编写的。 选题目的：我国是一个发展中国家，人口众多，经济底子相对较薄，居住设施需求量极大，居住标准偏低，造成我国的住宅建设长期停留在一个较低的水平上。随着我国综合国力的不继加强，人民的生活水平也有了显著的提高，对居住条件和居住环境有了更高的要求，为适应国内住宅产业化的发展，近几年来，房地产开发和住宅建设无论从标准上还是在数量上，都较以前的发展有了较大的提高。但另一方面，我国的人均居住面积仍远远低于世界平均水平，住宅产业仍有一个较长的发展过程。本项目地处成都市，位于川西平原腹心，地处西南特大中心城市——成都市，交通十分便捷，生态环境优美，市政设施完善，区位优势、比较优势和后发优势突出7度设防烈度进行抗震设计，因此在该住宅楼的建筑设计和结构设计过程中，能够很好的锻炼各方面的能力，将在大学四年中所学的知识由书本上应用到实际的生活中，这是一个很好的理论与实践相结合的好机会，在设计的过程中，需要查阅大量的资料，补充需要的理论知识，让自己的知识体系不断完善。利用这次设计，掌握框架结构建筑在设计过程中的要点，学会做到建筑设计与结构设计相结合，熟悉设计的基本程序。我应用大学所学知识，努力做好每一步。虽然设计中有许多说尽的地方不尽如人意，但通过这次设计，我比昨天更进一些。这次设计很有意义。 This engineering is a residence of many layers intending to set up in Chengdu City. The structure system is frame structure of concrete cast in site.
