精品论文 参考文献 自制治敏隔离膏联合孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床研究 贺荣莉 欧仁兵 高雅 杨芳 李刚 付蓉 　　（湖北省荆州市第三人民医院 湖北 荆州 434001） 　　【摘要】 目的：探索自制治敏隔离膏联合孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性鼻炎的安全性、有效性，旨在寻找有效的治疗过敏性鼻炎的新途径。方法：择符合标准的小儿过敏性鼻炎患儿122例，随机分为两组，治疗组62例，采用自制治敏隔离膏每日涂鼻腔1～3次，每晚口服孟鲁司特钠4～5mg一次。对照组60例，丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂每天早、晚各1次，每晚口服酮替芬0.5～1mg。两组均以1月为一个疗程。观察两组用药期间症状的变化、每日鼻炎症状评分、用药积分、复发率及不良反应等指标。结果：治疗1月，两组疗效差异不显著（P＞0.05），对照组症状好转时间短于治疗组（P＜0.01）；但6个月、12个月后治疗组复发率低（P＜0.01），远??疗效优于对照组;治疗组无不良反应发生而对照组不良反应发生率51.7%。结论：自制治敏隔离膏联合孟鲁司特钠治疗婴幼儿过敏性鼻炎疗效显著，安全性好，且少复发，开辟了治疗过敏性鼻炎的新途径，值得临床推广 　　【关键词】 过敏鼻炎；自制；治敏隔离膏；中西医药联合；疗效 　　【中图分类号】R45 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）15-0387-03 　　Clinical study on treatment of sensitive isolate homemade cream combined with montelukast sodium in prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis He Rongli ,Ou Renbing,Gao Ya，et al.
