精品论文 参考文献 苏黄止咳胶囊联合枸地氯雷他定治疗感染后咳嗽临床观察 （江苏省中西医结合医院呼吸内科 江苏南京 210028） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨苏黄止咳胶囊与枸地氯雷他定联合应用治疗感染后咳嗽临床疗效。方法：60例感染后咳嗽患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，对照组予枸地氯雷他定（8.8mg，qd）口服；观察组予苏黄止咳胶囊（3粒，tid）、同时予枸地氯雷他定（8.8mg，qd）口服；依据患者咳嗽症状得分7天后评价止咳效果。结果：观察组与对照组治疗前咳嗽症状得分分别为（5.05plusmn;0.79）和（5.20plusmn;0.86），两组间无统计学差异（Pgt;0.05），治疗后得分分别为（1.06plusmn;1.36）和（1.72plusmn;1.60），与治疗前相比明显降低（Plt;0.05）。观察组有效率93.3%，明显高于对照组的70.0%，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：苏黄止咳胶囊联合枸地氯雷他定对感染后咳嗽有明显效果。 　　【关键词】苏黄止咳胶囊；枸地氯雷他定；感染后咳嗽 　　【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）21-0076-02 　　Clinical observation of Suhuang Zhike capsules combined with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium in the treatment of cough post infection Li Hongyan,Zhang Yeqing,Xu Jin,Tang Cheng,Chen Xiaoli 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of Suhuang Zhike capsules combined with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium in the treatment of cough post infection.Methods A total of 60 patients with cough post infection were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,and each group contained 30 cases. The control group was treated by Desloratadine Citrate Disodium(8.8mg,qd),and the treatment group treated by Suhuang Zhike capsules(3,tid) and Desloratadine Citrate Disodium(8.8mg,qd).Cough relief effects were evaluated after 7 days by cough symptom score.Results The cough score of treatment group and control group before treatment were (5.05plusmn;0.79)and(5.20plusmn;0.86),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(Pgt;0.05).The cough score after treatment were (1.06plusmn;1.36)and(1.72plusmn;1.60),and the difference was statistically significant(Plt;0.05).The effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group,which was higher than 70.0% in the control group .The difference had statistical significane(Plt;0.05).Conclusion Suhuang Zhike capsules combined with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium have obvious effect in the treating cough post infection. 　　【Key words】Suhuang Zhike capsules;Desloratadine
