板式无砟轨道设计

摘 要 CRTS II型)两种类型。跟随国际步伐结合我国的基本国情,无砟轨道现已大量投入建设。为保证轨道结构在运营中的安全性和使用性,有必要对无砟轨道结构进行合理设计。 本文以CRTS I型无砟轨道作为研究对象,进行加载作用下的力学数值进行分析和结构设计。设计程序如下:CRTS I型无砟轨道的结构形式和几何尺寸确定;运用ANSYS软件和掌握的结构形式和几何尺寸进行有限元模型的创建,并且对所建模型进行加载求解;在加载下对力学数值分析,根据数值对横截面进行配筋计算,使其的强度和刚度达到模型要求,达到对模型的设计以及检算的任务;对不同地基系数下的轨道结构进行力学分析;最后对CRTS I型板式无砟轨道的施工技术进行陈述。 分析结果表明无砟轨道高平顺性、高稳定必须依赖基础的刚度、砂浆的特性以及轨道板和底座的结构尺寸和配筋,不同的地基系数和支撑层刚度下轨道形变和受力表现出极大的不同。无砟轨道建设必须加强这些重要环节的质量控制。 关键词:CRTS I型板式无砟轨道;有限元;结构设计;施工技术 Abstract Non-ballasted track can be divided into pre-cast concrete slab and in-situ concrete. In China, the formation of technical systems and technical requirements specification is included in the precast concrete slab, including cell plate (CRTS I type) and the vertical connecting plate (CRTS II type). Combined with the international pace of Chinas basic national conditions, non-ballasted track has a lot to invest in construction. Track structure in order to ensure operational safety and usability, it is necessary to carry out reasonable non-ballasted track structure design reasonable. In this paper, it take CRTS I plate-type non-ballasted track as an object of study, carried out under the action of mechanical loading numerical analysis and reinforcement design calculations, the main research work as flowing: According to CRTS I -type non-ballasted track of development, formed technologies as well as incorporating the requirements of standards to understand the tie track structure and geometry of CRTS I –type. Using ANSYS software and master of the structure and geometry of the finite element model creation, and loaded on the model solution. Under mechanical loading numerical analysis, based on the numerical calculations for the cross section of reinforcement to achieve the strength and stiffness of the model requires.
