精品论文 参考文献 药物对相关检验结果影响的研究 张怡 　　（重庆医科大学附属大学城医院 重庆 401331） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨药物对临床医学检验结果想影响，为提高医学检验水平，降低药物对检查结果的影响提供依据。方法：随机选取于2014年10月～2015年10月间自愿参加本次试验的40例志愿者为研究对象，于服用利福平前后空腹抽取志愿者静脉血分别检测血清肌酐(Cr)、总胆红素(TBIL)和直接胆红素(DBIL)，观察并比较用药前后所检测指标的变化。结果：服用利福平前后40例志愿者静脉血血清Cr、TBIL和DBIL比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），其中上述自愿者第3d用药前的DBIL值为（6.72plusmn;1.93）mu;m/L，而第1d用药前DBIL值为（4.06plusmn;1.44）mu;m/L，比较有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论：利福平可一定程度上影响肝肾功能等相关检验结果，应努力排除药物干扰，为临床诊治疾病提供准确、可靠的检验信息。 　　【关键词】 药物；医学检验；影响 　　【中图分类号】R927.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）13-0040-02 　　Study on the effect of the drug on the relevant test results Zhang Yi. 　　University-Town Hospital of Chongqing Medical University ,Chongqing 401331,China 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of the drug on the clinical medical examination, and to provide the basis for improving the medical examination level and reducing the effect of the drug on the inspection results. By taking rifampicin before and after fasting volunteers venous blood were used to detect the related indexes of muscular amino acid oxidase reagent box method, vanadium acid salt oxidation kit method, observe and compare the before and after the administration of detected indexes.Results Taking rifampicin and 40 cases of volunteers vein blood serum creatinine (CR), total bilirubin (TBIL) and direct bilirubin (DBIL) differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05), The volunteers 3D medication before DBIL value is (6.72 plusmn; 1.93) m/L, and the DBIL value of 1D before treatment (4.06 plusmn; 1.44) m/L, there was a significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion Rifampicin can to a certain extent influence liver and kidney function test results, efforts should be made to exclude interfering drugs, improve the inspection level, for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases provide accurate and reliable
