Learn to use the Present Participles. 了解现在分词以及它的作用 。 学会使用现在分词 。 分词的定义 分词有现在分词和过去分词两种 。兼有动词、形容词、副词的特点，可以有自己的宾语和状语，一起构成分词短语。 现在分词的构成形式：动词+ing e.g: I like reading books. 现在分词的否定形式 not / no doing never doing Hearing not anything , we have to come near . A B C D A错误。改为Not hearing. e.g: Not saying a word , he rushed out. 现在分词的用法 Look at the following sentences,and pay attention to the underlined words. China is a developing county . The boy standing there is a friend of mine . Attributive(定语) Her book is encouraging . This story sounds interesting . Predicative （表语） When I passed the classroom ,I saw Li Ming studying English . I’m sorry .I’ve kept you waiting so long . Can you hear someone singing next door . Object complement （宾语补足语） 注：现在分词常放在单词，see. watch. hear. feel . get. keep. have.等之后作宾语补足语。 Thinking he is still young ,we won’t let him work here . The middle-aged woman left ,taking what belongs to her . Walking in the street ,I saw him . Adverbial（状语） 注：现在分词可以在句中作伴随状语、时间、条件、原因等状语。 Conclusion : （结论） attributive （定语：单词放于名词前，短语放于名词后） predicative （表语：系动词之后） object complement （宾语补足语：动词+sth/sb后） adverbial （状语：主句之前或之后，表示动作的伴随/时间/原因/条件情况） Look at the pictures and finish the sentences using the present paticiples .
