精品论文 参考文献 评价以家庭为中心的儿科优质护理模式的实施效果 史春红（中国人民解放军第二一一医院 黑龙江哈尔滨150000） 　　【摘要】目的：探究以家庭为中心的儿科优质护理模式的实施效果。方法：将2014 年2 月到2014 年12 月在我院进行治疗的140 名患儿作为研究对象。随机将患儿分为对照组与实验组，对照组给予常规护理模式，实验组给予以家庭为中心的儿科优质护理模式。结果：在各项家长满意度调查中，实验组家长满意率明显高于对照组。同时，在孩子出院后有护理人员定期到患儿家中随访、孩子出院后护理人员通过短信等方式告知家长患儿复查时间的两项调查中，对照组家长满度为0，也就是说并没有护理人员对出院后的患儿进行随访并告知家长复查时间。结论：以家庭为中心的儿科优质护理模式得到了家长的广泛认同，值得在患儿的临床治疗中推广。 　　【关键词】以家庭为中心；儿科优质护理；实施效果【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-7165（2015）13-0167-02To evaluate the effect of the implementation of quality care for children with family as thecenter.Shi Chunhong(No.211 Hospital of PLA, Harbin, Heilongjiang 150000)Abstract Objective: To explore the effect of the implementation of quality care model for children with family as the center. Methods: 140 childrentreated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2014 were studied. The children were randomly divided into the control group and theexperimental group, the control group received routine nursing model, the experimental group was given a high quality nursing model for the center of thefamily. Results: in the survey of parents satisfaction, the parents of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group. At the sametime, after the child was discharged in a nursing staff on a regular basis to the children home follow-up, children after discharge from hospital nursing staffby way of SMS to inform the parents of children with the reexamination time in the two surveys, parents in the comparison group with degree 0. That is tosay and no nursing after discharge in children were followed up and inform the parents to review time.
