精品论文 参考文献 试析初孕妇人流术前药物扩宫对人流综合征的影响 蒲小兰( 通江县计划生育服务站 636700) 　　【摘要】目的：探究初孕妇人流术前药物扩宫对人流综合征的影响。方法：抽取2014年1月至2015年1月来我院进行人工流产的初孕妇女320例作为本次研究对象，以自愿选择手术将其随机分为对照组及观察组，每组初孕妇女160例，对照组术前不予以任何用药，直接做人流术，观察组术前采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇药物进行扩宫；对两组初孕妇女疼痛程度、人流综合征发生情况进行对比。结果：观察组并未有人流综合征发生，对照组人流综合征发生率为10.0%，组间数据差异对比存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：初孕妇人流术前应用米索前列醇联合米非司酮药物扩宫镇痛效果显著，可避免人流综合征的发生，尤其适合基层医院，可在临床积极推广使用。 　　【关键词】初孕妇；人流术；药物扩宫；人流综合征【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-7165(2015)12-0005-02[Objective]: To explore the effect of preoperative medicine dilatation and abortion syndrome on the abortion syndrome in pregnant women..
