精品论文 参考文献 超声引导下麦默通在乳腺微小病变诊治中的运用 湖南省凤凰县人民医院 416200 【摘 要】目的 分析超声引导下麦默通在乳腺微小病变诊治中的运用。方法 选择2014年2月至2016年2月在我院就诊并符合本研究入组标准的100例乳腺微小病变患者，将其分为A，B两组，每组患者50例，所有患者均为女性。A组采用超声引导下麦默通对乳腺微小病变进行诊断及治疗，B组采用超声引导下置入导丝常规开放手术进行诊断及治疗，两组进行对比。分析超声引导下麦默通对乳腺微小病变的诊治效果。两组之间进行比较。结果 A组患者在局麻药用量，手术时间，手术切口长度，术中出血量，切除组织量要明显小于B组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者的复发率，无明显差异性（P＞0.05）。结论 超声引导下麦默通在乳腺微小病变诊治中效果显著，能够确定病灶的性质，有效减少局麻药物用量???缩短病灶切除时间，缩小手术切口，对乳腺微小病变能够起到诊治兼备，微创美容，提高临床治疗效果，值得临床推广及使用。 【关键词】超声引导；麦默通；乳腺微小病变；诊治效果 【abstract 】 objective to analyze ultrasound guided mammotome in diagnosis and treatment of small breast lesions.Methods in February 2014 to February 2014 in our hospital and conform to the research into the standard set of 100 patients with breast small lesions，it is divided into A，B two groups，each group of 50 cases of patients，all patients were women.Group A with ultrasonic guided mammotome to diagnosis and treatment of mammary gland of tiny lesions，group B with ultrasonic guided placement godet conventional open surgery for the diagnosis and treatment，two groups were compared.Analysis of ultrasound guided mammotome diagnosis and treatment effect of small breast lesions.Comparison between the two groups.Results patients in group A local anesthetics dosage，operation time，incision length，intraoperative blood loss，amount of tissue remoed significantly less than group B，the difference is statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Two groups of patients with recurrence rate，no significant difference（P gt; 0.05）.Conclusion ultrasound guided mammotome in breast minute lesions in the diagnosis and treatment effect is remarkable，to determine the nature of the lesion，effectively reduce anesthesia drug dosage，shortening the time of lesion resection，narrow incision，to small breast lesions can make a diagnosis and give treatment capabilities and minimally invasive beauty，improve the effect of clinical treatment，worthy of clinical promotion and use. 【key words】 guided by ultrasound；Mammotome；Small breast lesions；The ef
