精品论文 参考文献 超小水囊促宫颈成熟对妊娠结局影响的研究 陶志云 　　【摘 要】 目的 探讨足月妊娠孕妇使用超小水囊促宫颈成熟引起妊娠结局不良事件增加的原因及应对措施。方法 选取2015年下半年在我院住院分娩孕妇832例，其中超小水囊促宫颈成熟并诊断宫腔感染15例，未采用水囊者诊断宫腔感染63例，比较两组对妊娠结局不良事件发生的影响，探讨防治措施。结果 水囊促宫颈成熟并诊断宫腔感染发生妊娠结局不良事件比例增高，且会发生严重不良事件。结论 水囊促宫颈成熟操作过程要加强无菌管理，选择有指征的适合的病例，适宜大小的水囊，对于潜在宫腔感染者，应积极的采取预防、治疗措施。 　　【关键词】 超小水囊； 促宫颈成熟； 宫腔感染 Study on effects of promoting cervical ripening with microminiature water balloon and pregnancy outcome. Jinrsquo;an district women and child health care hospital, Lursquo;an , Anhui , China. 237000 　　【Abstract】 Objective To discuss about promoting cervical ripening with microminiature water balloon in pregnant women of uterogestation lead to the reasons for the increase of adverse events of pregnancy outcome, and coping measures. Methods A total of 832 pregnant women of the hospital delivery in the next half year 2015 were selected.There were 15 cases of promoting cercical ripening with microminiature water balloon and diagnosis of intrauterine infection; and 63 cases of not using water balloon and diagnosis of intrauterine infection.Comparison of two groups on the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcome events,and discussion about prophylactico-therapeutic measures. Results The occurrence of adverse events increased ratio of pregnancy outcome in promoting cercical ripening with microminiature water balloon and diagnosis of intrauterine infection,and the occurrence of serious adverse events.
