摘要 随着计算机技术和信息技术的高速发展，各种各样的信息管理软件不断的被开发和改进。本次毕业设计的主要目的是针对高校人事处的大量业务处理工作而开发一个师资信息管理系统，是典型的信息管理系统。 本文介绍了师资信息管理系统的设计与实现过程，论述了从需求分析到系统实现的全过程。本系统有提供教师个人信息和工作信息方面查询的功能。它能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段，能有效的帮助学校和教师掌握教师的相关情况，能使师资信息管理工作系统化﹑规范化﹑自动化，从而达到提高师资信息管理效率的目的。 本系统以PowerBuilder为开发环境，以Access2003为数据库管理软件是系统设计更加合理。 关键词：信息管理 师资信息 查询 PowerBuilder Access2003 ABSTRACT With technology of computer and information developing fast nowadays, the information management software are wildly used and fast improved. The main purpose of the graduation project is develop an information management system for the management of university to manage the information of teachers more quicker and more easier. It is a typical information management systems. This essay mainly introduce the process of teachers information management system design and implementation, discuss from the demand analysis to system implementation. This system provides the function of personal information of teachers and the work information of teacher. It can provide users with adequate information and quick query method. It can help school and teacher to master the relevant information of teacher. It can teacher information management work systematic, standardized, automation, and improve teacher information management work efficient. This system use PowerBuilder as development environment, and use Access2003 as database management software in order to make the system design more reasonable.
