摘要 进销存管理是企业经营管理中的核心环节，它反映了一个企业统筹规划的水平，如果能够做到合理生产，及时销售，库存量最小，减少积压，那么企业就能取得最佳的效益。面对大量的进、销、存信息，若采用人力处理，不仅浪费大量的时间和人力物力，而且数据的准确性低，数据汇总速度慢，这在竞争激烈的当今社会是非常不利的。为此，开发一个界面友好、操作便捷的进销存系统是企业的首选方法。 本文将阐述医药企业进销存系统的设计与开发。该系统基于J2EE技术，运用Struts、Spring和Hibernate三大MVC框架的整合，以及AJAX技术，立足于医药企业的进销存流程，对货品从进货到库存，再到销售的整个物资流和资金流的状况进行统一的信息跟踪与管理，包括对操作员与系统数据的维护，信息的添加、删除、查询和统计等。这不仅大大降低了企业的运营成本，而且大大提高了企业整个进销存过程的透明度，有利于企业的正规化和制度化。此外，将企业的业务管理通过网络来进行，还解决了异地经营带来的不便。 关键词：医药企业，进销存系统，Struts，Spring，Hibernate，AJAX ABSTRACT Purchase-sale-inventory Management System is the core area in business management, which reflects the overall planning of the level of an enterprise. If an enterprise produces reasonably, sells products in time, minimizes inventory, and reduces the backlog, then the company will achieve the best efficiency. Facing a lot of information about buy, sale, and inventory, if we make people to do this job, it will not only waste a lot of time and resources, but also the accuracy of the data is low, and data collection is slow, which is very negative today in a highly competitive society. To this end, developing a user-friendly, easy-to-Invoicing System is the preferred method. This article is about the design and development of the Pharmaceutical Enterprise Invoicing System.
