精品论文 参考文献 针刀结合痛点阻滞治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察 孙长乐 　　阜阳市人民医院疼痛科 安徽阜阳 236000 　　【摘 要】目的：观察针刀结合痛点阻滞治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：72例患者按就诊先后顺序完全随机分为对照组（n=36例），治疗组（n=36例），对照组患者予颈椎牵引+中频理疗，治疗组患者均在知情同意的情况下，采用针刀结合利多卡因、地塞米松痛点注射治疗，在术前及术后1月随访进行VAS评定，根据《中医病症诊断疗效标准》评判治疗效果。结果：72例患者均得到有效随访，其中治疗组总有效率94.4%，对照组总有效率75.0%。结论：针刀结合痛点阻滞治疗神经根型颈椎病既能及时止痛，又能恢复颈椎的生理平衡，延缓和阻止病变的发展，操作简单，安全性高，患者痛苦小，费用低,疗效显著。 　　【关键词】颈椎病；小针刀；痛点阻滞 　　【中图分类号】R274.9 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）8-0276-02 　　Clinical observation on Nerve root type of Cervical spondylosis treated with Accupotumy combined with Pain points block 　　Changle_Sun 　　Pain clinic of Fuyang people,s hospital, Anhui，China 236000 　　【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Accupotumy combined with Pain points block in the treatment of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis in 72 cases．Methods:All the patients were divided randomly into two groups.The controled group(36 cases) were treated with traction and intermediate frequency physiatherapy.the treatment group(36cases) were treated with Accupotumy,pain points block with lidocaine and dexamethasone under the informed consent,then followed-up 1 months later,and judged the clinical effect according to lt;Disease Diagnosis Curative Standard of TCM gt;.Results:All the patients were followed-up effectively.The effective rate of the controled group is 75.0%,and The effective rate of the treatment group is 94.4%.Conclusion: Accupotumy combined with Pain points block owed the following advantages for Nerve root type of Cervical spondylosis:On the one side,it can stop the pain in time,on the other side,it can restore the physiological balance of the cervical spine,delay and stop the development of the disease.At the same time,the operation is simple,the safety is high,the patient has fewer pain，the cost is lower，and the curative effect is significant. 　　【Key words】cervical spondylosis; accupotumy; pain points block 　　颈椎病是临床常见病、多发病，我国颈椎病患病率为3.8%-17.5%[1],神经根型颈椎病作为颈椎病中所占患病比例最大的类型（约占60%），其发病率呈升高的趋势，目前临床治疗方法众多，笔者自
