不孕女性性功能、性观念状况调查分析 　　[摘要]目的 了解不孕女性性功能障碍的发生率、常见原因及其相关因素，以便更深入地探索不孕女性性功能障碍的预防和治疗，提高不孕妇女的身心健康水平和生活质量。方法 通过调查问卷对2015年6～12月我院的860例不孕女性的性功能、性满意度和性活动状况及其影响因素进行调查。结果 不孕女性不同程度及类型性功能障碍的发生率在50%以上，其原因是多方面的，但多与男女双方缺乏性知识有关；有61.08%的人回答对性生活“满意”；主动要求过性生活的比例较低，有12.18%的人从未主动要求过；有58.97%的女性在男方要求过性生活时“多数配合”；有42.56%的女性性生活的目的是“增进夫妻感情”。结论 不孕女性性功能障碍的发生率相当高，但多数是心因性的；影响性满意度的因素较复杂，多数女性具有正确的性观念和性态度。 　　[关键词]不孕女性；性功能；性观念 　　[中图分类号] R711.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）06（a）-0136-04 　　[Abstract]Objective To understand the incidence rate，common causes and related factors of sexual dysfunction in infertile women，so as to explore the prevention and treatment of sexual dysfunction in infertile women and improve the physical and mental health and quality of life of infertile women.Methods Sexual function，sexual satisfaction and sexual activity status as well as influencing factors of 860 infertile women from June to December in 2015 were investigated by questionnaire.Results The incidence rate of sexual dysfunction with different degrees and types in infertile women was more than 50%.The reason was multifaceted，but most of them were related to the lack of sexual knowledge in both sides；there were 61.08% of people who answered sexual satisfaction；the proportion of asking sexual life actively was low，and 12.18% of people never asked the sexual life actively；58.97% of women was cooperative after the males asked for a sexual life；there were 42.56% of women having sexual life with the aim to enhance the relationship between husband and wife.Conclusion The incidence rate of sexual dysfunction in infertile women is fairly high，but most of them are psychogenic；the factors influencing sexual satisfaction are complex，most women have the right sexual concepts and sexual attitudes. 　　[Key words]Infertile women；Sexual function；Sexual concept 　　在不孕症病因中，女性是主要因素。根据国内外相关研究结果，女性因素约占60%，男女双方因素约占10%，其他为男性因素，约占30%[1-2]。不孕对女性生活影响甚大，对女性本身的性生活也有重要影响。本研究拟以2015年度在山东省济南市第二人民医院妇科和山东中医药大学第二附属医院不孕门诊就诊的不孕女性患者为样本，了解不孕女性性功能、性观念方
