中医客观结构化临床技能考试中信息化模拟技术的运用 　　[摘要] 目的 探索信息化模拟技术在中医客观结构化临床技能考试中的作用。 方法 选择河南中医药大学2011级中医学专业166名医学生，采用随机数字表的方法将其随机分为实验组和对照组，每组83名。实验组采用SSP和ESP学习考核相关知识并采用信息化模拟技术进行中医OSCE多站式考核；对照组采用传统课堂讲授方法进行考前学习和中医OSCE多站式考核。通过考核得分和问卷调查，对其效果进行评价。 结果 实验组各站成绩均高于对照组，与对照组比较，实验组中体格检查站、病历书写站和总成绩均明显提高（P 　　[关键词] 信息模拟技术；客观结构化临床技能考试；临床技能 　　[中图分类号] RG64 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）03（a）-0125-05 　　Application of information simulation technology in objective structured clinical examination of traditional Chinese medicine 　　ZHANG Liping1 LI Nan2 ZHAO Xianmin3 PENG Xin1 XU Guofang3 ZHANG Cheng4 　　1. Methods 166 traditional Chinese medicine students from Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into experimention group and control group by random number table， 83 students in each groups.
