精品论文 参考文献 针药联合治疗颈椎骨质增生58例临床分析 曾广键 陆广仁 刘焯敏 （广州市花都区新华社区卫生服务中心lt;新华医院gt; 510800） 【摘要】目的 探讨针药联合治疗颈椎骨质增生的临床疗效。方法 选取我院骨科治疗颈椎增生的患者116例，按就诊顺序分为两组，对照组给予独活寄生汤加减治疗，观察组在此基础上加用针灸疗法，1个月为一个疗程，治疗前和治疗三个疗程（3个月）后均用自拟评分表统计两组患者的临床症状，比较两组改善情况；随诊一年，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果 两组治疗后颈部活动受限、肢体麻木、头痛头晕、疼痛等临床症状评分与治疗前相比有统计学意义（Plt;0.05)，但观察组各症状改善情况均明显优于对照组，且数据比较有统计学意（Plt;0.01）；观察组治疗总有效率为89.7%明显高于对照组74.1%，两组数据比较有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论　针药联合治疗颈椎骨质增生，临床效果优于单独用药治疗，远期效果明显。 【关键词】中药治疗 针灸 劲椎骨质增生 临床疗效 【中图分类号】R242 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）21-0141-02 Acupuncture for treatment of cervical bone hyperplasia clinical analysis of 58 cases Zeng Guangjian, Lu Guangren，Liu Zhuomin Xinhua community health service center in Huadu District of Guangzhou City（Xinhua Hospital）510800 【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for treatment of cervical bone hyperplasia.
