精品论文 参考文献 银杏达莫联合腺苷钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变80例的临床疗效与安全性考察 成旭东 　　(徐州市第一人民医院老年科 江苏徐州 221002) 　　【摘要】目的 考察银杏达莫联合腺苷钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效和安全性，为该类疾病的临床治疗提供参考。方法 以160例糖尿病伴周围神经病变的患者为研究对象，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予银杏达莫联合腺苷钴胺治疗，对照组则仅给予腺苷钴胺治疗，对两组患者的临床疗效和安全性进行评价。结果 治疗组和对照组的总有效率为88.75%和58.75%，显效率为62.5%和35.0%，组间差异具有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。治疗后两组患者的运动神经和感觉神经传导速度均得到了显著的改善，差异具有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。治疗后治疗组的神经传导速度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。 结论 银杏达莫联合腺苷钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变具有明确的临床效果，临床安全性良好。 　　【关键词】糖尿病 周围神经病变 银杏达莫 腺苷钴胺 　　【中图分类号】R587.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2014）03-0124-02 　　A study about the clinical effect and safety of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole and cobamamide for the treatment of the 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy 　　CHENG Xu-dong 　　（The geriatrics of the first peoplersquo;s hospital of Xuzhou city in Jiangsu province, Xuzhou 221002, China） 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of cobamamide joint ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical efficacy and safety, to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of such diseases.
