精品论文 参考文献 锁定髓内钉加压钢板内固定治疗30例胫骨骨折的效果观察 武冈展辉医院 湖南武冈 422400 【摘 要】目的 探讨锁定髓内钉加压钢板内固定治疗法在胫骨骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法 收集2015 年2 月至2016 年2 月我院收治的胫骨骨折患者60 例，采用随机数字法分为两组，对照组（n=30）接受交锁髓内钉内固定治疗法进行治疗，观察组（n=30）使用锁定髓内钉加压钢板内固定治疗法进行治疗，比较两组患者骨折治疗效果、预后效果。结果 观察组患者治疗优良率为90.00 %，对照组为76.67 %，Plt;0.05；观察组患者下床时间为5.32plusmn;1.58 d，对照组为8.27plusmn;2.11 d，Plt;0.05；观察组患者骨痂形成时间为22.54plusmn;1.68 d，对照组为37.39plusmn;1.74 d，Plt;0.05；观察组患者骨折完全愈合时间为101.33plusmn;10.38 d，对照组为141.28plusmn;12.47 d，Plt;0.05。结论 锁定髓内钉加压钢板内固定治疗法可有效提高胫骨骨折的治疗效果，对于提高患者的预后效果具有积极作用，值得推广应用。 【关键词】锁定髓内钉；加压钢板内固定；胫骨骨折 【Abstract 】 objective to explore the locking intramedullary nailing pressure plate internal fixation treatment application effect in the treatment of tibial fracture.Method collected in February 2015 to February 2016，our hospital of 60 patients with tibial fractures were divided into two groups by random number method，the control group（n = 30）accept the interlocking intramedullary nail fixation therapy treatment，observation group（n = 30）use locking intramedullary nail pressure plate internal fixation therapy treatment，compared two groups of patients with fracture treatment effect and prognosis of effect.Results observation group patients was 90.00%，76.67%，the control group（P lt; 0.05; Observation group of patients was 5.32 + / - 1.58 d，bed time was 8.27 + / - 2.11 d，the control group（P lt; 0.05; Observation group of patients with callus formation time was 22.54 + / - 1.68 d，37.39 + / - 1.74 d，the control group（P lt; 0.05; Observation group of patients with fracture healing time was 101.33 + / - 10.38 d completely，was 141.28 + / - 12.47 d，the control group（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion locking intramedullary nailing pressure plate internal fixation therapy can effectively improve the effect of the treatment of tibial fractures，plays a positive role for improving the prognosis of patients with the effect，is worthy of popularization and application. 【 Key words 】 locking intramedullary nail; Pressure plate inte
