精品论文 参考文献 靶控输注依托咪酯在老年患者全麻诱导中的研究 程朝军 　　（景泰县中医院 甘肃 白银 730400） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨靶控输注依托咪酯在老年患者全麻诱导中的作用，旨在为临床麻醉提供更多的参考数据。方法：选取我院2012年3月—2013年5月收治的ASAⅡ-Ⅲ老年全麻患者98例，随机将患者分为对照组及观察组各49例。对照组采用静脉推注依托咪酯，观察组应用靶控输注依托咪酯，对两组患者诱导至意识消失的时间、诱导过程中发生肌震颤次数、心率、停药至唤醒时间、术后5 h患者发生恶心呕吐次数等情况进行回顾性分析比较。结果：观察组诱导至意识消失的时间、诱导过程中发生肌震颤例数、心率、停药至唤醒时间、术后5 h患者发生恶心呕吐例数等情况均明显优于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：在老年患者全身麻醉诱导中，采用靶控模式输注依托咪酯，其起效及苏醒迅速，能更有效、迅速地抑制围术期的各种应激反应，维持患者的血流动力学稳定和减少不良反应，值得临床上推广应用。 　　【关键词】靶控输注；依托咪酯；老年患者；全身麻醉诱导 　　【中图分类号】R614 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）03-0072-02 　　Target controlled infusion etomidate induction of general anesthesia in elderly patients in the study Cheng Chaojun. Methods Selection of our hospital in March 2012 - May 2013 treated ASA Ⅱ - Ⅲ 98 cases of elderly patients with general anesthesia patients randomly divided into control group and observation group all the 49 cases. The control group by intravenous push note etomidate, observation group target controlled infusion etomidate. Results Observation group induced to consciousness disappear time, induced during muscle tremors stop drug cases, heart rate, time to wake up, the number of cases happened 5 h patients postoperative nausea and vomiting, and so on and so forth were significantly better than the control group, comparing differences statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusions In the induction of general anesthesia in elderly patients, and adopts the model of target controlled infusion etomidate, its effect and wake up quickly, can quickly and efficiently of perioperative stress response, maintain hemodynamic stability and reduce adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】Target controlled infusion; Etomidate; Elderly patients; Induction of general anesthesia
