精品论文 参考文献 髓芯减压并自体骨髓干细胞移植术治疗股骨头坏死的手术护理配合 贵州医科大学附属医院(贵州贵阳550004) 【摘要】目的：探讨髓芯减压并自体骨髓干细胞移植术治疗股骨头坏死（ONFH）的手术护理配合。方法：对2014年4月至2015年12月我院46例行髓芯减压、自体骨髓干细胞移植术治疗的ONFH患者采取手术护理配合，包括术前做好心理及健康宣教、备齐手术必需物品，术中严密观察病情，医护人员积极配合，术后做好器械保养工作及康复训练指导。结果：46例ONFH患者均成功完成手术，术后无1例患者发生感染；手术平均时间为（69.74plusmn;4.21）min，平均住院（12.36plusmn;2.43）d，随访3个月后，95.65%患者关节疼痛消失。结论：对ONFH患者行髓芯减压并自体骨髓干细胞移植术治疗时，要求护理人员熟练配合，以降低并发症，控制感染，是手术成功的关键。 【关键词】髓芯减压；骨髓干细胞移植；股骨头坏死；护理配合 Nursing cooperation in the core decompression combined with autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femeral head [Abstract]Objective: To discuss the nursing cooperation in the core decompression combined with autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femeral head (ONFH).Methods:46 cases of patients with ONFH treated by the core decompression combined with autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation in our hospital from April 2014 to December 2015 were given nursing cooperation during operation,including preoperative psychological health education, preparing the necessary surgery,postoperative close observation,and actively cooperate with the medical staff,good equipment maintenance work and rehabilitation training after operation.Results:46 cases of ONFH patients were successfully completed surgery, no postoperative infection occurred in 1 patient.The average time was (69.74?.21) min,and the average length of stay was (12.36?.43) d,then after 3 months of follow-up, 95.65% patients with joint pain disappeared.d.Conclusion:When the ONFH patients are undergoing core decompression combined with autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation,the nursing staff should be required to be skilled in cooperation,in order to reduce complications and control infection,which is the key to the success of surgery.
