精品论文 参考文献 高压氧在精神分裂症治疗中的应用意义探析 云南省大理白族自治州第二人民医院 671000 摘要：目的：研究高压氧在精神分裂症治疗中的应用意义。方法：病例来源：我院2014年2月-2015年10月住院接受治疗的83例精神分裂症患者。患者分组方法：不透光法。83例患者分为药物组和药物+高压氧组两个组别。药物组以药物利培酮治疗；药物+高压氧组在药物组基础上增加高压氧治疗。观察指标：（1）精神分裂症状改善率；（2）治疗前和治疗后患者PANSS量表阳性、阴性症状和总分的差异。结果：（1）药物+高压氧组相比于药物组精神分裂症状改善率更高，X2统计处理有显著差异，P＜0.05；（2）治疗前两组PANSS量表阳性、阴性症状和总分相似，t统计处理无显著差异，P＞0.05；治疗后药物+高压氧组相比于药物组PANSS量表阳性、阴性症状和总分改善更显著，t统计处理有显著差异，P＜0.05。结论：高压氧在精神分裂症治疗中的应用效果确切，可有效改善患者阳性、阴性症状，值得推广。 关键词：高压氧；精神分裂症；应用意义 【 abstract 】 objective：to study the application of hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of schizophrenia.Methods：the cases of sources：from February 2014 - October 2015 in the hospital for treatment of 83 cases of patients with schizophrenia.The grouping method：patients with opaque method.83 patients were divided into drugs and drug + hyperbaric oxygen group two groups.Drug group was treated with drug risperdal；Drug + hyperbaric oxygen group on the basis of drug group increase the hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Observation indexes：（1）the symptoms of schizophrenia period；（2）before and after treatment in patients with positive and negative symptoms and the total score of PANSS scale differences.Results：（1）drugs + hyperbaric oxygen group compared to the group of symptoms of schizophrenia period，the higher the X2 statistics processing have significant difference，P lt; 0.05；（2）the two groups before treatment PANSS scale similar positive and negative symptoms and the total score，t statistic treatment，there was no significant difference（P gt; 0.05；Drug + hyperbaric oxygen group after treatment compared with drug group of positive and negative symptoms and PANSS scale scores improved more significantly，t deal with statistics，there are significant differences，P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of schizophrenia application effect is exact，which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with positive and negative，is worth promoting. 【 key words 】 hyperbaric oxygen；Schizophrenia；Application significance
