各专业完整优秀毕业论文设计图纸 摘 要 近年来，随着我国国民经济的飞速发展，汽车工业逐渐成为我国的支柱产业之一，在我国的经济发展中的作用越来越重要。转向盘是汽车转向系统的主要部件之一，转向盘质量和性能的好坏直接影响到整车的操纵性、稳定性和安全性，是直接关系到车辆性能的关键部件。 设计方向盘动态强度试验装置可以模拟汽车转向时不同工况下的载荷，测试方向盘在某些极限工况下的受力变形情况。通过模拟转向工况，对其进行动态强度试验，预知一些极限工况下的结果，是研究方向盘可靠性的有效途径。对现有试验装置的设计改进可以达到提高工作效率，降低试验成本的目的，设计出能进行更逼真模拟的试验装置。 方向盘骨架动态强度检验有两种基本试验载荷要求，即扭转力试验和支撑力试验。这两种试验分别检验方向盘在驾驶员在正常或非正常操作条件下的承载耐久强度。在试验中载荷导入基本要求是通过方向盘骨架外圈截面中心按规定方向和大小施加力。在设计试验装置时要保证万向节使力始终通过方向盘上的固定点，保证试验的精确度。在试验中需设计一种采用十字式万向节传动原理的传力装置，方向盘置于传力装置中心，保证它受力准确。 关键词：方向盘，传力装置，试验台。 While with vehicle steering wheel dynamic structural testing installment design ABSTRACT Fly to develop soon along with the our country national economy in recent years, the car industry becomes gradually our country of pay one of the pillar industries, the function that is in the our country of the economy the development is more and more important.
