摘 要 创新是企业发展的推动力，企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地，就必须不断地进行创新以适应市场发展的客观需要，同时，创新能力也相应成为企业竞争力的重要体现。因此，科学合理地评价企业创新能力，探索提高企业创新能力的途径具有十分重要的意义。冀鑫电子有限公司是河北省电子企业液晶显示屏及模块的主要生产厂商，一度在国内的电子市场上占有绝对的优势地位，随着市场经济的发展，近几年冀鑫电子有限公司与同行业企业技术发展情况相比，产生了较大差距，主要表现为研发能力不足，研发成果少，技术人员总量和结构不合理，流失严重，创新意识不强等问题，影响了企业的发展。本文首先进行了创新和创新能力理论的综述，介绍了冀鑫电子有限公司在创新能力方面存在的主要问题。其次对企业创新能力影响因素的分析，最后，根据冀鑫电子有限公司的实际情况，结合分析与评价结果，重点从RD能力、市场营销能力组织协调能力及创新文化能力四个方面提出了提高冀鑫电子有限公司创新能力的对策。 关键词 冀鑫电子 创新 创新能力 创新对策 Abstract The innovation is the motive force for an enterprises development. An enterprise, if wants to establish in an invincible position in the fierce market competition, must carry on the innovation in order to meet the need of market development constantly. Meanwhile, the innovation ability becomes important embodiment of enterprises competitiveness correspondingly. So it is of very significant meaning to evaluate an enterprises innovation ability scientifically and rationally and to explore a way to improve an enterprises innovation ability. jixin Co.
